Do I negotiate
directly with the seller or the listing broker?
Never directly with the
Seller. Again, all negotiations, including appointments
to view properties, are made through Clarinda. She is
specially trained and has the experience necessary to bring
negotiations to a satisfactory conclusion.
Does the bank
inspect the house?
No. The bank will
have the house appraised. Inspectors are contracted by
the buyer. Inspections are usually done within 10 days
of the signing of a Purchase & Sales Agreement.
Loan
application
After signing a Purchase
& Sales Agreement you must meet with your loan officer to
apply for your loan. Provide all documents needed.
Now site back and wait for you commitment or approval.
When your commitment arrives, start packing and get ready for
the big day - Closing on your new home!
